Yes, I still exist...not that anyone is still watching this

Over the Thanksgiving break I found some time to catch up on some older work.

These are from a short story project. Still very much in progress.

More work on Lil Hood

So, I noticed on a whim that if I added eyes to hood, she seems to become the antagonist.

But without the eyes, which I think looks better, she becomes the protagonist.

And Done!

There are always things I want to tweak but I think this one is done.
This shows the process, moving from value to color.

I'm having fun with this, but as I have other things to do as well don't get as much time on it as I would like.

This is all pretty experimental for me at the moment. Vector has been my dominant technique for so long it is fun to get back to painting. Man I'm out of practice though.
