Yeah, I am still around......

I sketch for a current feelance job. I liked the characters and how I grouped them. Hoping this gets approved quickly and then I will ink it and fix a few problems I see in some of the feet.

I will attempt, and by that I mean do, to post more in the upcoming year. Even if I am the only one who looks at this blog.

Something new

Working on promo work for the summer. It is one of things I just have to do, and it is so important.

Slobber face

My son Cooper is 6 months old. It seems all that he does is slobber and of course that gets all over daddy. But he seems so happy about it.

Dr.s orders

Ok, here are the sketches from the Dr. Sketchy event. I really was trying to work on my gesture and proportion. I did not realize how out of practice I was. The poses were mostly 5 mins with a couple of 20 mins poses as well. The theme for the evening was Mardi Gras.

I finally got to go to a Dr. Sketchy's drawing session this past Sunday. I have to say my figure skillz are a bit out of shape. It was a fun time and I am looking forward to the next one.

I will post some drawings from it as soon as I find some time to scan them in.

Ok, so Freelance and teaching has been pretty hectic, I will get some sketches posted soon I promise.
